Excellent Experience!

The desk was delivered in excellent condition. I called the Dangerfox office and was able to get all my questions addressed while we were on the phone. Above all, the Genesis 24U is built like a fine piece of furniture. This desk is as strong as it looks in the pictures or in videos. I waited a little extra time due to supply chain issues, but it was well with it! Thank you for the great support Dangerfox!

Amazing desk. Needs better customer support

The desk is amazing. Quality is good and the packing was extremely well done and easy to unpack. Assembly was very easy. The instructional video is outdated and doesn’t reflect the current parts and procedure. This should be updated.

The main problem is customer service. Order status updates took weeks to get a response if any response at all. I almost cancelled and went with a competitor, but the desk is awesome and I’m glad I waited.

The Build quality is NEXT TO NONE! This is a desk that is both professional and has the air of something you would pay Thousands for, the price point is perfect and its not just a desk, but a piece of furniture for your Music Studio!

I wanted this desk so I could have that inspired “lets do this!” feeling every single day of mixing. (even on the hard ones) and it is not disappointing. my clients are quite impressed when they walk in and see such a serious studio piece as well. the fact that you get this desk, at this craftsmanship that is way prettier and made of such nicer materials than EVERY other desk out there, at a better price than those other plastic pieces is INSANE to me. Thanks Aaron and dangerfox for making these!
