Shipping Policy:

We understand the anticipation that comes with ordering our meticulously crafted and customized furniture. Our current lead time from order to shipping is 12-14 weeks. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece is carefully crafted and tailored to meet your exact specifications.

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. We take great care in packaging your furniture securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We rely on trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Upon delivery, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your furniture for any visible damage. In the unlikely event that you notice any issues, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours, and we will swiftly address the matter.

 

Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reconsider your order. Therefore, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you decide to cancel your order within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. 

We invest the purchase funds into your desk in the first few weeks of your order, because of this we cannot offer refunds once we’ve started processing your desk into production.
