Warranty Coverage
All Dangerfox products come with a 1-year conditional warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. Should your Dangerfox product exhibit any malfunction due to an error in the manufacturing process, we are committed to providing a replacement at no cost to you.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Please be aware that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from “user error” or any damage caused by the purchasing/end user. The warranty is also void if you are not the original purchaser of the product.
Claiming the Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, kindly follow the steps below:
- Ensure you have proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or any valid transaction record).
